Orange Juice Properties was founded on a simple conviction: real estate should create real wealth — not just on paper, but through disciplined execution, strong cashflow, and long-term vision.

Over 7 years, we've grown from a single property to a 21-unit portfolio spanning four markets across the US and Southeast Asia. Every decision is made with the long game in mind.

We're also passionate about education. As we scale toward 50 units, we're building resources and coaching programs to help other investors navigate their own journey.
